Konrad gave us a fair estimate of our EIFS / stucco repair from a photo we sent, then showed up and did a very clean job replacing the patch that came loose. It was done in two parts, one to structurally patch the hole and take a sample of the paint so they could match it, then another day to come out and finish the paint job. It matches perfectly now and you couldn’t even tell there was a hole. Thanks Konrad!
Konrad and his team repaired and repainted our dryvit house and changed out our exterior lights. It turned out beautiful! He answered my inquiry right away, came to see the scope, sent an estimate, and completed the project quickly. He even dropped color samples off at our door!
